CCJ is a court order that can be registered against someone who fails to repay the money taken. Country court judgement (CCJ) is not considered a criminal offence, but if you ignore it, the creditors may send bailiffs to your house to get the money – which can be deducted from your monthly money claim.
Once the payment is made, you can apply for the certificate of cancellation from the country court to get the CCJ removed from the public register and the credit file as long as it has been paid within the agreed time; otherwise, it will remain on your credit file with a settlement marker.
