FPUC

It provides a platform to eligible individuals with cash funds like unemployment benefits other than their regular unemployment compensation (UC).  

The claimant for the benefits can receive at least $1 of unemployment benefits for the claimed week and they get $600 as full FPUC where child support must be deducted from the final payment.

The plan came as a part of the Coronavirus Aid, relief, and economic security act of 2020 where the cost of the new federal benefits and the funding to states are provided by the federal. You do not need to apply for it.

The enrolment to the labor stimulus package is involuntary if you have an eligible claim filed within the program period. 
The benefits are accessible for a short duration and are payable in for weeks of unemployment.

If the reason for joblessness was other than being laid off, not directly linked to the coronavirus, the decision will then depend on other factors.

Decisions will also be made based on rejection to work, accessibility of work, and other issues which can affect the eligibility and benefits. Also, compensation is taxable and changeable.
