European Bungalows

Europe offers a number of different types of destinations for real estate investment, which includes bungalows and holiday homes, where the markets in a number of EU cities are very expensive. The recent market trends have resulted in incredibly low yields and modest growth can be seen in such investments due to low inflation where the ECB decided to keep the interest rate at 0.0 per cent for an extended duration in September 2017. But, many investors want to buy European residential and commercial properties as the stock market investments are highly volatile and bonds are expensive providing smaller yields. 

Investors seeking opportunities in bungalows are buying smaller units, while, the highest number of investments have been made in cities like Berlin, Hamburg, Frankfurt and Munich. A number of senior citizens are selling their large homes to get smaller ones in low-maintenance luxury apartments.   Buyers seek smaller affordable bungalows and the trend to get a smaller unit will accelerate in the coming years. 

Current inflation in Europe is about 1.48 per cent and it is not expected to soar in the coming years, but real estate investors can benefit from the rise in value of their investments, rents and property reviews.
