Why some currencies are held at a low value by their government ?

Error while fetching from word_to_link as t1 Expression #2 of SELECT list is not in GROUP BY clause and contains nonaggregated column 'alternat_db2018.t1.h_link' which is not functionally dependent on columns in GROUP BY clause; this is incompatible with sql_mode=only_full_group_by
