Fortum CEO says Uniper deliberately obstructed stake purchase - Kommersant

(Reuters) - Germany's Uniper deliberately obstructed a proposed stake purchase by registering its assets in Russia as strategic, Kommersant daily quoted Fortum Chief Executive Pekka Lundmark as saying on Thursday.
