Atlantia says received expressions of interest for Telepass, no talks ongoing

ROME (Reuters) - Italian infrastructure group Atlantia said on Friday it had received many expressions of interest for its unit Telepass but added it was not engaged in any negotiation for the sale of a minority stake in the toll-road payment company.Reuters reported on Thursday that the group controlled by the Benetton family had hired Goldman Sachs and Mediobanca to sell a 30% stake in Telepass as it sought to pay down debt and fund growth after buying Spain's Abertis.
