Some websites offer weight loss magical pills, claiming them to be a unique medicine based on a rare combination of ingredients that can help people get thin in a month or two. Such slimming cures cannot be trusted and can reverse impact a person's health. 

The websites offering such medicines post multiple testimonials and even pictures of people who claim they took the treatment and could reduce weight quickly. Websites with multiple design and language errors offer most such worthless items. Even the pictures posted are of low quality.

However, the seller gives multiple lab reports like clinical trials from reputed organisations or uploads reviews from people supposedly in the research field who guarantee its effectiveness. Some give huge discounts and refunds if the product fails to deliver the promised.  

How To Spot It?

• The advertisement tells you to lose weight without dieting or exercising. Or it sells cream or devices that can help to reduce weight. 

• It states you use the product and will lose weight for life. Or you can lose up to 30 pounds in a month. Or it works for both men and women.

• All such adverts are untrue as there is no magical way to lower body weight. Obesity can be a genetic problem; everybody in the family may suffer from it due to lifestyle factors and eating habits. 

• Sometimes, there can be inner health issues causing weight gain. If you suffer any side effects of a product, you will not claim a refund because the sellers do not respond once they have sold.

• If you are ordering such items, try to learn about the manufacturer and its composition in detail. Moreover, take advice from your pharmacist and GP. Always buy such products through reliable online stores.
